Mentor: Dorie Clark

December 1, 2017

Did you know the benefits of mentoring don't just affect the mentees? Mentors get a lot out of guiding others. Often times mor than the person they are helping.  Giving back isn't a chore, a burden or a random act of altruism.

Dorie Clark helps others to achieve their goals. She does this in groups, virtually, and individually. Here is what Dorie has to say about mentorship.

The Mentor Project documents the role of mentoring and its powerful impact not only on the mentees but the mentor. During my research what I discovered was astonishing. After nearly45 in-depth interviews all the participants unanimously said being a mentor changed their life. It is now my mission to let others know the value and benefits mentors receive from giving back."
