Mentors Impact Lives

March 19, 2018

There is truth in the words Al Alcorn, creator of Pong, and pioneer in the field of computers and games said "It is a great personal reward to have an impact on people."  Knowing that we make a difference in the lives of others isn't something to take lightly.  In fact, knowing we make a difference allows us to feel connected to a person, people, our community, and the world.  The reward is knowing our life made an impact on the world.

The Mentor Project documents the role of mentoring and its powerful impact not only on the mentees but the mentor. During my research what I discovered was astonishing. After nearly45 in-depth interviews all the participants unanimously said being a mentor changed their life. It is now my mission to let others know the value and benefits mentors receive from giving back."
